With a background in journalism, the carioca Ary Nogueira built his name working in the advertising field. Today, as a partner and head of the creative direction of Ghana, an independent agency born in 2019 that leverages black talent, he adds campaigns that impact beyond the target audience.

With 20 years of experience in content, influencer marketing and branded content, Crocas worked for six years at Instagram and Facebook for Latin America, where he was responsible for the relationship with artists and publishers. Today, he is the CEO of Porta dos Fundos.

Specialist in innovation and generation Z, in 2020, he founded Nice House Br, the precursor of content houses in Brazil when TikTok began to conquer the crowds, with auditions that received more than 30 thousand entries from young people who dreamed of living as content creators .

Responsible for campaigns for brands such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. Prior to joining Meta, he worked at agencies such as DDB, VMLY & R, and 360i in NY; Leo Burnett Chicago; Ogilvy and Africa São Paulo; McCann Portugal, among others. Seidl has won over 20 Lions at Cannes. He was named one of the world's most awarded creatives two years in a row by the Gunn Report and best creative director in the US by El Ojo de IberoAmerica.

Leonardo Moura has been formatting and researching content for brands in the Brazilian market for over 10 years. He holds a master's degree in Social Communication from Faculdade Cásper Líbero. He serves as Senior Manager of Market Intelligence and Planning at Globo. In his career, he has led over 200 projects built in partnership with over 170 advertisers and agencies. He is the author of Branded Content-The Fundamentals and Practice of Branded Content (Summus Editorial, 2022) and How to Write on the Web-Manual of Content and Writing for the Internet (Record, 2002).
